چکیده
Los abscesos del músculo psoas representan una patología con muy baja incidencia a nivel mundial, por lo que se requiere de mucho diagnóstico para su abordaje y generalmente relaciona enfermedades gastrointestinales. El es tardío debido sus manifestaciones clínicas son poco específicas, trae como consecuencia, un pronóstico particularmente malo en la mayoría los casos. Se presenta acumulación pus ubica el musculo iliaco producida continuidad desde estructuras adyacentes o diseminación hematógena, sin embargo, considera etiología diversa. En tal sentido, sumamente importante tomar consideración posibilidad sea origen abdominal presencia esta patología, drenaje quirúrgico urgente agresivo único tratamiento eficaz estas situaciones. De acuerdo poca frecuencia aparición este tipo abscesos, tiene objetivo, evaluar causas través, revisión bibliográfica donde puntualice tema presenten serie casos disponibles literatura dan cuerpo brindan información al respecto.
